The holidays are for celebrating and what better way to celebrate than with food? Unfortunately, we all live so far apart that we can't get together but that shouldn't stop us from celebrating in style!Couldn't be more true . . .
So here's my contribution to the dinner! This dip can be enjoyed with crackers or some crusty bread slices (my favorite). Enjoy!
(If you want it spicier, add a little bit of Tabasco sauce.) This one's a crowd pleaser! Hope you like it!

Artichoke Dip is one of my favorite things to make -- I just made it this weekend for my baby girl's one-year bday party! But my recipe calls for garlic where you have green chilies -- I need to try your way, it sounds like a tasty new way to make it!
I love this dip but haven't had it for years! Thank you for reminding me. I am going to make it as soon as I can get the ingredients. One year my mother made this dip for a Christmas Open House. My sister and I offered to put out all the food for her while she got ready for the guests. We put out everything but the artichoke dip which my mom had put in a large hollowed-out loaf of bread. We ate it while watching a Christmas movie. My mom wasn't even angry, she thought it was funny!

Amy - That's an awesome idea to put the dip in a hollowed loaf of bread! I'm going to use that. =) This recipe is definitely my favorite out of the artichoke dips out there. =)
I definitely have to try this one. I never thought of adding green chilies, but yes, I can see how it would at that extra zest. Yummmmm.
